Child Safety Policy
Nastia is an adult service for users aged 18 and over. We have zero tolerance for any content that sexualizes minors.
Zero Tolerance
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor is strictly prohibited on Nastia. This prohibition expressly includes AI-generated or computer-generated depictions of minors. All characters and content on the Service must depict adults.
Our Safeguards
We operate layered, automated safeguards backed by human review. They are designed to stop prohibited content before it is created, to catch anything that slips through after it is created, and to act on it independently of any user report. We monitor and refine these controls on an ongoing basis.
Adults only by design
Every character and every depiction on Nastia must be an adult. Our generation systems enforce an adult context by default, and we do not offer any feature intended to produce a minor.
Prompt screening before generation
Every text prompt submitted for image or video generation is automatically analyzed in real time, before any media is produced. This screening detects requests that reference, describe, or imply a minor, as well as attempts to depict real, identifiable people. A request that fails this screening is refused and no content is generated.
Automated analysis of generated media
Because a benign-looking prompt can still produce non-compliant output, generated images and videos are subject to automated content analysis using machine-vision classifiers and third-party AI moderation. This post-generation layer scans for any sexualized depiction of a minor that prompt screening did not catch. Media identified as apparent child sexual abuse material is removed from all storage and queued for review.
Human review and monitoring
Automated detections, flagged media, and repeat-offender signals feed an internal review process so that trained staff can assess findings, take enforcement action, and make the reports described below. We retain the records needed for that review and for compliance with applicable law.
Reporting and Enforcement
Where we become aware of apparent CSAM, including AI-generated or computer-generated depictions of minors, or other apparent child sexual exploitation, we:
- remove the content immediately;
- suspend or terminate the responsible account without notice;
- preserve relevant records; and
- report the material to the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law. As a France-based company, our CSAM reporting obligations run to the French National Police, including through the PHAROS platform.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, sex trafficking, and the commercial sexual exploitation of any person, and we cooperate with law enforcement and respond to valid legal process.
How to Report
Child-safety concerns and abuse notices, including alleged CSAM, should be reported to [email protected]. If you believe a minor has accessed the Service, please contact us at the same address and we will act to block further access.
