US Age Verification Policy
Nastia is an adult service intended exclusively for users aged 18 and over. This document explains how we verify age for users in the United States.

Introduction
Nastia is restricted to users who are 18 or older throughout the United States. There is currently no single federal age-verification standard for adult services; instead, an increasing number of individual states have enacted age-verification requirements for services that make adult content available.

Our Age-Assurance Methods
We apply a layered, risk-based approach to age assurance.
1. Age gate at entry
Every visitor must confirm they are 18 or older before accessing the service. Users who indicate they are under 18 are denied access.
2. Payment card check for paid features
Paid features require a valid payment card, processed securely through our payment provider. An active membership is treated as an adult signal.
3. Additional measures where required
Where applicable local law requires it, we may implement further age-assurance measures in addition to the steps above. We monitor legal developments in the jurisdictions where our users are located and adjust our approach accordingly.
State-Specific Requirements
There is no single federal age-verification standard for adult services in the United States. Following the US Supreme Court's June 2025 decision in Free Speech Coalition, Inc. v. Paxton, a number of individual states have introduced age-verification requirements. We monitor this evolving patchwork of state legislation and implement additional age-assurance measures in accordance with applicable local requirements. In all cases, access requires confirmation that the user is 18 or older, and paid features require a valid payment card.
Privacy and Security
We follow a data-minimal approach to age assurance:
- We do not store your payment card details.
- Verification is performed by secure third-party payment processors.
- We only store the verification outcome (verified / not verified) and a timestamp.
- We do not retain identity documents.
- Verification data is encrypted and securely stored.
