Content Complaints & Take-Down Policy

We are committed to a safe service. This policy explains what you can report, how to submit a complaint or take-down request, and how we respond.

How Nastia Works

Nastia is a closed, private service. Each user creates a private AI companion for their own personal use. There is no public feed, no public profiles, no galleries, and no sharing of content between users, so users do not encounter content created by others. All imagery and video are generated by AI and do not depict real people.

Even so, we maintain this policy so that anyone can report content they believe is unlawful or violates our rules, and so that any person can ask us to act in relation to their identity or rights.

What You Can Report

Anyone, including users, members of the public, rights holders, and law enforcement, may submit a report. We act on reports concerning, among other things:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors. We have zero tolerance for this content.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including so-called "revenge porn".
  • Use of a real person's likeness or identity without their consent, including content intended to depict or impersonate a real, identifiable individual.
  • Intellectual property infringement, such as content that infringes a copyright or trademark you hold.
  • Any other content you believe is illegal or violates our Terms of Service.

How to Submit a Report

Send your report by email to [email protected]. To help us act quickly, please include:

  • A description of the content and why you are reporting it.
  • Any details that help us locate it (for example, the account email, a description of the companion, or screenshots).
  • Your relationship to the content or the basis for your request (for example, that you are the person depicted, or the rights holder).
  • Your contact details so we can follow up.

How We Respond

  • We acknowledge reports within 24 hours of receipt.
  • We review and resolve reports concerning content that may be illegal or that may violate card scheme standards within five (5) business days; illegal content is removed immediately upon identification.
  • Where a report is substantiated, we remove or disable the content and take appropriate action against the responsible account, up to and including termination.
  • We keep the reporter informed of the outcome where it is appropriate and lawful to do so.

Child Safety: Zero Tolerance

Content that sexualizes minors is strictly prohibited. We operate automated and manual safeguards designed to prevent such content from being generated in the first place. If such content is identified or reported, we remove it immediately, terminate the responsible account, preserve relevant records, and report it to the appropriate authorities (such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children in the United States) as required by law.

Proactive Moderation

We do not rely on complaints alone. Nastia operates automated and manual moderation systems designed to detect and block prohibited content at the point of generation, independent of any report.
