Everything beyond chat is paid for in Dreamcoins. OurDream's FAQ says 1,000 coins covers roughly 200 images, 20 minutes of voice calls or 10 videos, mixed however you like. The plan tops you up with a fresh batch on each billing date, and coins you buy separately stay on your account.

OurDream's coin cost guide lists the exact prices. Standard images cost 10 coins per 2 images, in-chat images 5 coins each, and image edits 10 to 20 coins.
