Delete your account

We're sorry to see you considering deleting your account. If you have concerns, contact our support team first — we may be able to help.

  1. 1. Open the sidebar

    Tap the menu icon in the top-left of your chat.

  2. 2. Open the settings sheet

    Tap the three-dot menu on your profile row at the bottom of the sidebar.

  3. 3. Tap Account

    In the Settings sheet, tap Account .

  4. 4. Open the Account tab

    In Account Settings, tap the Account tab at the top.

  5. 5. Confirm deletion

    Scroll down to the Danger zone, type delete my account, enter your password, and tap Delete account .
