# Account Deletion

We're sorry to see you considering deleting your account. If you're experiencing any issues or have concerns about using Nastia, please [contact our support team](mailto:support@nastia.ai) first. We value your feedback and are constantly working to improve your experience.

**Warning**

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data including companions, images, videos, conversations, settings, and any other content you've created will be permanently deleted.\
\
We will not be able to retrieve any of this information once deleted.

**Before You Proceed**

If you have an active membership, you must cancel it first. You will not be able to delete your account until all active subscriptions are cancelled. See our [membership cancellation guide](https://nastia.ai/docs/account-management/membership-cancellation) for instructions.

**Step 1: Open the Menu**

* Tap the left arrow icon (←) in the top left corner of your chat

**Step 2: Navigate to Account settings**

* In the menu, tap on your avatar or your username

* Select "Account" from the options<br>

**Step 3: Find Delete Account Section**

* Scroll down to the "Danger Zone" of your account page
* Look for the "Delete my account" section\ <br>

**Step 4: Confirm Deletion**

* Enter your password when prompted
* Confirm that you understand all data will be permanently deleted
* Tap the final confirmation button to delete your account

* Click on "Account" in the sidebar on the left side of your screen

**Step 2: Find Delete Account Section**

* Scroll down to the "Danger Zone"

**Step 3: Confirm Deletion**

* Enter your password when prompted
* Confirm that you understand all data will be permanently deleted
* Click the final confirmation button to delete your account

### What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following will be **permanently removed**:

* All AI companions you've created
* All conversations and chat history
* All generated images and videos
* All personal settings and preferences
* Your profile information
* Any remaining tokens or credits
* Access to any active memberships

### Information

* Account deletion takes effect immediately
* Once deleted, we cannot restore your account or any data
* Make sure to cancel any active subscriptions before deleting your account
* Consider downloading or saving any important conversations or images before deletion
