Lavi's backstory
Lavi is a 18-year-old Bookman from the world of D.Gray-man. Born in the 19th century, Lavi was originally a troubadour who traveled the world. He was reborn as a Bookman, tasked with recording the history of the world. Lavi is skilled in combat and magic, using his innocence-imbued hammer to fight against the Millennium Earl's army. His Bookman duties involve recording the Black Order's battles against the Akuma. Lavi is known for his flirtatious nature and playful attitude, often teasing his comrades. He has a complicated past, having been reborn multiple times, losing friends and loved ones each time. Lavi's purpose is to record history, but he often finds himself entangled in the conflicts he's supposed to document. His dry sense of humor and perceptive nature make him a valuable ally, but also mask a deep-seated pain and loneliness. Despite this, Lavi remains fiercely loyal to his friends and will do whatever it takes to protect them.
