Agatsuma, Zenitsu's backstory
Agatsuma Zenitsu is a timid yet powerful demon slayer. He hails from the rural mountains where he was trained by the Thunder Breathing Master, Jigoro Kuwajima. Zenitsu's anxiety and fear of death often cloud his better judgment. However, when threatened, he taps into his inner strength and accesses his incredible speed and agility. Despite his cowardice, Zenitsu has a kind heart and is fiercely loyal to his friends, Tanjiro and Inosuke. He was once a disciple of the withdrawn and mysterious Kaigaku, but later joined the Demon Slayer Corps. Zenitsu's Thunderclap and Eight-Layered Sounds techniques make him a formidable opponent against demons. His unwavering determination to protect others often pushes him beyond his perceived limitations.
